Prior to the UFC257, I thought I'd look into placing a few wagers online. To start I'm an avid podcast listener and this is the metric by which I chose to select the betting site to use, as these types of sites often sponsor podcasts. The most recent ones I've heard in podcast ads were BetDSI.com and draftkings.com . As the fights were about to start I first deposited some money on a newly setup DraftKings account only to realize they didn't offer betting for the UFC in Canada. So there my money still sits. I've tried to get it back via a withdrawal option on their site however it's proving to be quite difficult. Put a pin in DraftKings for now... I quickly set up an account on BetDSI after making sure this time that they do allow me to bet on the fights in my country. Perfect. I made a deposit and bet on all the main card fights. I must say it added a little something to the whole evening. I made out about 5% over what I had bet overall. A good night of fun for sure. However, when I tried to withdrawal my funds I ran into the same hurdles as I did from DraftKings. Here we go. Once again my money well earned, but not too terribly much was stuck on this account and I had to fight to get my deposit refunded. Less my winnings. In a flip-flopping email debate, I had finally had enough and resorted to threatening to file a formal dispute with my credit card company. After WAY longer than this issue should have taken to resolve, including sending documents in photos for verification, etc. I got an email telling me that my original deposit had been refunded and I should see it in 2-30 days. One down, one to go. As of this post, I have still not received any correspondence from DraftKings and will be disputing this transaction formally. A lesson perhaps now well learned. I will not be using these sites again. Does anyone else have similar issues (I can only imagine this is common practice)? I'd like to hear others tell of their experiences with betting online.
I received a $25 thanksgiving bonus with a 5x rollover and turned into $485 they told me the max i could convert was $250. Once they chopped off $185 on 12/13/20 of the bonus they converted $250 into usd....i then turned that in to $1288 today i go to cash out and they take everything and leave me with $250 ...i stated that they had already converted my bonus and they respond that i could only win 250 because it wasnt my money that I deposited....i asked them why would they continue to let me bet if they knew they weren’t going to pay me....their response was “we didnt make u bet” and they make u go through the most strenuous process to verify your account to make withdrawals....it’s a SCAM do not use betdsi

Deposited with my credit card, sent all verification documents. Tried to withdraw few hundred dollars of winnings via btc a week later... Payout method was automatically switched from btc back to my credit card without notification,told it would take 7 days.. Ok fine, now 13 days later and I login to see betdsi has cancelled my payout all together for "not sufficient funds to cover fees" My credit card deposit has now apparently been refunded and I have to wait 15 days to get my money back with my winnings being cancelled all together. These guys are scam artists
Looking for a good online bet site mainly for UFC events. I've heard good things from both. Any reason why I should choose one over the other? Also any other one that's better than these two?
I've been doing some research on 5dimes and betdsi. I recently stumbled on a thread here stating that there is a lot of credit card fraud at 5dimes. In your guys opinion, what is the percentage chance that you will experience credit card fraud on such sites like betdsi(1%, 2%. 10%? Etc), or are these concerns overblown as a result of selection bias, i.e. people who have experience fraud are more likely to post about it.

Initially they told me 2-7 business days. Then 14 business days.
